Exterior Painting • Massachusetts

Exterior painting prepared for New England weather.

Siding, trim, fascia, and doors washed, repaired, and coated on a schedule that respects the surface — not just the calendar.

What we hear from homeowners

Exterior paint fails when prep skips ahead of the weather.

A great-looking exterior needs dry surfaces, sound wood, and a coating system that matches what's underneath. We plan around humidity, dew, and sun exposure and address damaged wood or failing caulk before any color goes on.

What's included

  • Full exterior walkaround and surface assessment
  • Pressure or hand-washing as appropriate
  • Scraping, sanding, and priming of failed areas
  • Wood repair coordination when needed
  • Caulking of joints and transitions
  • Coats applied to product spec, in the right conditions

Preparation & protection

  • Landscaping, walkways, and windows protected
  • Mildew and chalking cleaned from surfaces
  • Failed caulk removed and replaced
  • Bare wood spot-primed before topcoats
  • Weather monitored daily to avoid moisture issues

Frequently asked

Answers before you commit

When is the best time to paint an exterior in Massachusetts?
Surface conditions matter more than the month. Late spring through early fall gives us the longest windows, but we plan around dew, humidity, and rain — not just the calendar.
Do you handle wood repair?
We assess and prime bare or lightly damaged wood. Larger repairs — rotted sills, structural trim — may involve a carpenter, which we can coordinate.
How many coats will you apply?
It depends on the substrate, product, and existing finish. We commit to what the coating system actually needs, not a fixed number.
